Best utilization driver

Utilization refers to the percentage of time that you are actively engaged in providing services compared to the total time you are logged into the Bolt application. It is a measure of how much of your working time is spent on productive activities such as driving passengers to their destinations or delivering food orders.

Best top-selling driver

Selling refers to the actions you take to promote Bolt’s cab and food delivery services to new and existing customers. This can involve direct interactions with customers, providing information about Bolt’s offerings, and encouraging them to use Bolt for their transportation and delivery needs.

Best average driver

The average parameter in the Bolt application is a critical metric used to evaluate the overall performance and efficiency of our employees. This parameter typically refers to the average performance metrics calculated over a specific period. These metrics can include average response times, average ratings from customers, average completion times for deliveries, and other performance-related averages.
